- Advanced Modern - TUESDAYS 10am
This fun, fast paced, mind challenging class is a fusion of controlled suspension and fluid release work, incorporating floor work, inversions, and spatial pathways while exploring your relationship with gravity and momentum. The class is a concentration of full technique coupled with lush, athletic, detailed choreography, cumulating in longer phrase material that emphasizes full body movement, musicality, and performance technique. Come do you tondues, tips, undercurves and falls to folk/rock/punk music in a nurturing, friendly lass environment.
